Sound Control Product Training

Dear Supplier,
Following the re-structuring of our London Sales Team and the positioning of
Kevin Steel as Oxford Street General Manager I have made the decision to take control of training for the Sound Control Retail
operation.
Sound Control are committed to developing the sales team and helping each
individual reach their full potential. We also realise the importance of maximising our partners as a resource to the business where
merchandising and training are involved. With this in mind, to assure that training opportunities are well attended and targeted at the
correct individuals I will be taking over the organisation of all events.
In 2007 each member of the Sound Control sales team will undergo sales and
product training on which they will be assessed. Areas in which they are successful will be logged as accreditations on their personal record.
With this in mind, I would ask that partners consider methods of measuring trainees following product training.
As we enter the Christmas season we have now switched off staff training due to
increased pressure on the sales force. Any training partners wish to organise for the New Year would be very welcome, now been the perfect
time to begin scheduling.
The Sound Control team are very excited about what we can achieve in 2007 with
your help.
